Caserio interviewed for the second time on Saturday and was offered the Dolphins’ GM job, but has decided to stay in New England. Miami is now down to Brian Gaine, Titans VP Lake Dawson, and Bucs director of player personnel Dennis Hickey as candidates to replace Jeff Ireland.
Now that we're past the midway point of the 2022 college football season, the PFF draft board was due for a refresh. Alabama's Bryce Young takes the top spot as one of the highest-graded quarterbacks in the country, while Kentucky QB Will Levis comes in at No. 3.
Odell Beckham Jr. was removed from a flight after police said he refused to comply with the flight crew or leave the airplane when asked. Beckham's attorney disputed that account, saying Beckham had been sleeping amid a "completely unnecessary" incident.
Titans coach Mike Vrabel isn’t making any excuses for the game-ending penalty called on Tennessee in Sunday’s loss to Cincinnati. When the Bengals kicked a timeout with just under two minutes to play, Tennessee’s Kevin Strong hit the Bengals’ long snapper, which is a personal foul. The automatic first down sealed the win for the […]

Jamison Hensley, who covers the Ravens for ESPN.com, wrote a story about the tweet, noting that it included an “anti-gay phrase.” Jackson sent this message to Hensley on […]

Per the report, the Glazers believe they can get offers […]
Buccaneers offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs is set to miss some time after he was carted off the field late in Sunday’s overtime loss to the Browns. But as bad as it looked when Wirfs left the field, things could be worse for the young lineman. According to multiple reporters, Bucs head coach Todd Bowles said […]

When the Bills and Patriots met on a windy night in Buffalo in early December 2021, Buffalo punted five times. In a pair of 2021 rematches, both of which Buffalo won, the Bills punted a total of zero times. Coach Bill Belichick, one of the great defensive coaches of all time, was asked about that […]
The Rams have had plenty of problems this season, with the defending champions’ record now at 3-8. But even head coach Sean McVay could not avoid the injury bug that has hit Los Angeles hard in 2022. Early on in Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs, tight end Roger Carter was running from the sideline to […]

Last week, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow made some waves when he said in his Wednesday press conference that the Bengals were expecting Ja'Marr Chase to return for the club’s Week 12 matchup with Tennessee. Clearly, that didn’t end up being the case — though Cincinnati won anyway. But things are looking more like Chase will […]

The three previous times it happened were three very […]

Last year, Jets quarterback Mike White started three games. The lessons he learned in that trio of contests helped prepare him for Sunday’s unexpected (as of last week) debut, against the Bears. “I think the biggest thing I’ve learned just from my playing experiences last year was how to handle success because the Cincinnati game, […]
Among the things that didn’t go the Saints’ way during Sunday’s 13-0 loss to the 49ers was a replay review of a 30-yard pass from Taysom Hill to Chris Olave in the second quarter. Olave appeared to catch the ball and possess it while getting both feet down on the ground before losing control after […]
The Ravens blew another two-possession, fourth-quarter lead on Sunday, falling to the Jaguars 28-27. Baltimore was up 19-10 after Gus Edwards’ 1-yard touchdown early in the period. And then after allowing the Jaguars to take a 20-19 lead — in large part because of a bad kick return and an Edwards fumble — the club was up […]

That came in the third quarter when running […]
