The Chargers and Browns are now on the clock.  San Diego needs upgrades on the defensive line and at cornerback, but they could also look to add more weapons for Phillip Rivers on offense.  This is Cleveland’s second pick in the first round.   They got their franchise QB at #4 by taking Johnny Manziel.  Now, the team needs to add more playmakers both on offense and defense.  Make the picks:
