The Saints and Panthers are now on the clock.  Both teams lost a lot of key players this offseason due to salary cap issues. New Orleans is in need of a lot of upgrades of defense, but offensive playmakers are always in the mix with Drew Brees under center.  Carolina lost significant contributors from last season on both sides of the ball, and could have the thinnest group of wide receivers in the league.  In addition, the offensive tackle position is in major need of some new talent.  Lots of options exist for both teams, make your picks below.
