The 2015 season is now in the books and our teams have some house cleaning/res-stocking to do. March 9th the 2016 officially begins. The CAP is expected to be at 155M, not yet official, but most are reporting this. Tomorrow we will start looking at each team and their possible moves. Bills tomorrow, Dolphins Friday, followed by the Patriots and Jets next week. For now we simply look at the CAP available and the players that will be free to sign elsewhere.
